Buffet Server - Casino & Resort

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a friendly Buffet Server to deliver outstanding guest experiences in our busy dining areas. In this role, you'll greet and assist guests, explain buffet options, keep food and beverage stations stocked and clean, and promptly clear tables to ensure a welcoming environment. You'll follow strict food safety and sanitation standards, collaborate with kitchen and service teams, and respond quickly to guest requests. This is a fast-paced, guest-first role with opportunities to grow your hospitality career in a supportive, team-oriented, tribal-owned resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly buffet service throughout their visit
• Explain buffet options, specials, and policies while answering guest questions
• Maintain clean, stocked, and visually appealing buffet and beverage stations
• Monitor food levels and communicate with kitchen staff for timely replenishment
• Clear and reset tables quickly to ensure steady seating flow and cleanliness
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards and procedures
• Handle basic guest concerns and escalate issues to supervisors when needed
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to support smooth operations
• Adhere to resort, tribal, and regulatory guidelines and cash-handling procedures (if applicable)
• Support opening and closing duties, including side work, stocking, and cleaning tasks
