Casino Beverage Server

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a friendly, efficient Beverage Server to provide fast, accurate drink service to casino and resort guests. In this guest-facing role, you'll take drink orders, process payments, and deliver beverages on the floor and in designated bar and lounge areas. You'll maintain clean, stocked service stations, follow responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines, and work closely with bartenders and fellow team members. This position is ideal for those who enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are committed to delivering exceptional, guest-first service every shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly beverage service to casino and resort guests
• Accurately take and deliver drink orders in assigned areas
• Operate POS system and handle cash, credit, and comps correctly
• Follow responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines
• Maintain clean, stocked service stations and service areas
• Coordinate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns
• Uphold resort service standards and guest-first culture
