Resort & Casino Housekeeper

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Housekeeper to help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guests. In this fast-paced resort and casino environment, you will clean and service guest rooms and public areas, change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all spaces meet our high standards of safety and sanitation. You'll respond to guest requests with a friendly, guest-first attitude and work closely with a supportive housekeeping team. Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, hallways, and public areas
• Change linens and make beds to resort standards
• Replenish towels, amenities, and housekeeping supplies
• Ensure all areas meet safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Handle guest requests in a friendly, timely manner
• Follow proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and inventory
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk teams
• Adhere to resort, tribal, and departmental policies and procedures
