Line Cook - Resort & Casino

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Line Cook to prepare quality dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen. You'll set up and maintain your station, follow recipes and portion standards, cook menu items to order, and ensure food safety, cleanliness, and proper storage. Working closely with chefs and teammates, you'll support smooth service for our resort guests while upholding tribal values of respect and hospitality. This role offers training, stable hours, and opportunities to grow your culinary skills in a dynamic resort and casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to order following recipes and portion standards
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized station
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures
• Coordinate timing with kitchen team to ensure prompt service
• Assist with prep work, receiving, and storing food supplies
• Rotate stock and minimize waste while maintaining quality
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
• Communicate with chefs and servers on special requests or issues
