Program Management Lead

SAAB is seeking a Program Management Lead to drive complex manufacturing programs delivering advanced defense and security systems. In this role, you will own end-to-end program planning, scheduling, and execution, aligning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to meet technical, cost, and schedule targets. You will manage budgets, risks, and change control, report performance through data-driven dashboards, and serve as the primary interface for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of complex manufacturing programs
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to meet scope, cost, and schedule targets
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues
• Oversee change control, configuration management, and compliance with contracts and standards
• Prepare and deliver data-driven status reports and dashboards to leadership and customers
• Drive continuous improvement in program delivery, leveraging lean and best practices
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners
• Ensure alignment of program outcomes with Saab's safety, quality, and mission objectives
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to program management processes and tools
