Enterprise Program Manager

SAAB is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across our advanced manufacturing and defense portfolio. In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, aligning engineering, production, IT, and operations to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets. You will drive portfolio planning, risk management, and governance, using data to track performance and inform decisions. Partnering with global stakeholders, you'll enable technology integration, process improvements, and compliant execution in a mission-driven, innovative environment focused on long-term security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern large, cross-functional enterprise programs from initiation through closure
• Align program objectives with SAAB's manufacturing and defense strategy and business goals
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, IT, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and quality using formal methodologies
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues across the portfolio
• Establish and run steering committees, status reviews, and stakeholder communications
• Track KPIs and produce executive-ready reports on program health and benefits realization
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and best practices in program delivery
• Ensure compliance with defense, quality, and safety standards and customer requirements
• Mentor project managers and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
