Integrated Program Manager

SAAB is seeking an Integrated Program Manager to lead complex defense manufacturing programs from concept through delivery. You will own schedule, cost, and quality, coordinating engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to deliver mission-critical systems on time and within budget. Responsibilities include building integrated master schedules, managing risks and changes, driving continuous improvement, and serving as primary customer contact. Responsibilities

• Lead integrated defense manufacturing programs from concept through delivery
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and program plans
• Manage program budget, cost performance, and earned value metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues
• Serve as primary customer interface for scope, status, and change control
• Ensure compliance with defense, quality, and safety standards
• Report program performance to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in program execution and manufacturing processes
• Support bids, proposals, and resource planning for new opportunities
