Hollister Assistant Store Manager

Lead Hollister store sales and daily operations while delivering excellent customer service. Manage staffing and scheduling, train and develop team members, maintain visual displays and product knowledge, analyze sales reports, control inventory and fulfill omnichannel orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and oversee daily store operations.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom operations to support customer service and efficiency.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and team training and development.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, brand awareness, and customer service.
• Create and maintain visual displays and styling presentations.
• Analyze reports, control inventory and store assets, operate POS systems, and fulfill omnichannel orders.
