Fashion Retail Assistant Manager

Lead daily store operations and sales performance while delivering excellent customer service. Oversee opening and closing, staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, visual displays, point-of-sale activity and omnichannel order fulfillment. Use sales and operational reporting to guide decisions and support team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store opening and closing routines and daily salesfloor and stockroom operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and fashion awareness.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll processes.
• Train, coach and develop non-management employees.
• Maintain visual displays, control inventory and protect store assets.
• Analyze business reports, operate point-of-sale systems and fulfill omnichannel orders.
