Retail Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager leads sales performance and customer service while overseeing daily store operations, staffing, training, visual merchandising, inventory control and omnichannel order fulfillment. The role analyzes business reports, operates point-of-sale systems and represents the brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage store opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom operations to ensure strong customer service.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, brand awareness and customer service.
• Maintain visual displays, inventory controls and store asset protection.
