Hospitality Housekeeper

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company is seeking Housekeepers to help create clean, comfortable spaces across our hotels, attractions, and entertainment venues in Hershey, PA. In this on-site hospitality role, you will clean guest rooms and public areas, sanitize bathrooms, change linens, and restock amenities while following strict safety and cleanliness standards. You will support our guest-first culture by maintaining welcoming environments, responding courteously to guests, and working collaboratively with a team that takes pride in the Hershey legacy and its mission supporting youth education.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas including bathrooms, floors, and surfaces to company standards
• Change linens, make beds, and restock towels and amenities
• Safely use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Remove trash and recyclable materials from rooms and common areas
• Report maintenance and safety issues promptly to supervision
• Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists
• Maintain organized housekeeping carts, closets, and supply areas
• Support team members to meet daily room and area cleaning goals
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with guests and coworkers
• Comply with company safety, sanitation, and guest service policies
