Hospitality Security Patrol Officer

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company seeks a Security Patrol professional to protect guests, employees, and property across our parks, hotels, and venues. Responsibilities include foot and vehicle patrols, monitoring entrances, responding to incidents, enforcing policies, and assisting lost or distressed guests. The role documents reports, coordinates with local authorities when needed, and supports emergency procedures. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of assigned properties
• Monitor access points, guest areas, and back-of-house zones for safety and security
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and medical emergencies and follow established protocols
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Operate and monitor radios, phones, and security systems including CCTVProvide courteous guest assistance and directions while maintaining security presence
• Enforce company policies and procedures in a professional, guest-focused manner
• Support emergency evacuations, crowd control, and special events as needed
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when required
• Participate in safety drills and ongoing security training
