Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms for evening turndown service according to brand standards
• Refresh linens, arrange bedding, and tidy rooms for nighttime comfort
• Restock towels, amenities, and supplies in guest rooms and bathrooms
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, corridors, and service areas
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and special needs
• Report maintenance, safety, or security issues to supervisors
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures, including chemical handling
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk teams to support guest satisfaction
• Maintain carts, equipment, and storage areas in clean, organized condition
• Support company guest-first culture and represent the Hershey brand professionally
