Restaurant Server

Cork & Pig Tavern is seeking friendly, guest-focused Servers to deliver elevated yet relaxed tavern hospitality. You'll guide guests through our chef-driven menu of wood-fired pizzas, burgers, steaks, salads, and craft cocktails, ensuring accurate orders, timely service, and a welcoming experience. Working in a warm, team-first culture, you'll collaborate with bar and kitchen staff, maintain clean, organized sections, follow food safety and TABC guidelines, and handle payments. This role offers hands-on experience and growth potential as Cork & Pig expands across Texas.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly attitude and explain menu items and daily features
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them efficiently into the POS system
• Serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and food in sequence, following Cork & Pig service standards
• Monitor guest experience, anticipate needs, and resolve issues or complaints professionally
• Collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
• Process payments accurately, handle cash and cards, and follow closing check procedures
• Keep sections clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Support opening and closing side work, including setup, breakdown, and restocking
