Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver refined, attentive table service in a fine dining setting
• Present menus, explain dishes, and make food and wine recommendations
• Accurately take and enter orders using POS systems and coordinate with kitchen and bar
• Serve multi-course meals with proper timing, sequence, and table etiquette
• Maintain pristine table settings, dining areas, and station organization
• Handle payments, checks, and cash/credit transactions accurately and securely
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed
• Upsell premium menu items, pairings, and experiences to enhance revenue
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth dining room operations
