Restaurant Host or Hostess

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ascertain their dining needs
• Manage reservations and waiting lists for dining patrons
• Seat guests based on their preferences, while balancing customer flow
• Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress's name
• Arrange seating and manage table settings
• Assist with the cleaning and setup of tables
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation
• Maintain a clean reception area and comply with all safety and sanitation policies

Required Skills
