• Dates of Coverage: June 26 th December 1 st
• Schedule: 4-days each week
• Ages: Primarily Adults
• Procedures: Bread and Butter - General Dentistry, Emergency, and Cosmetic
• Active CA state license
• Ability to provide Nitrous preferred
• Accepts most Primary Insurances
