Job Description: Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 200 ranked national law firm seeking a 3rd to 6th year Transactional Real Estate Associate to join its San Francisco office on a hybrid basis.
This is a strong opportunity for a mid level real estate associate who enjoys sophisticated deal work and wants consistent responsibility within a busy transactional practice.
The firm offers a well established national platform with a collaborative, partner led environment and clear expectations around in office engagement, with a hybrid schedule that supports both teamwork and flexibility.
The Opportunity
You will support a transactional real estate practice handling commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development related agreements, due diligence, and related project support for institutional and developer clients. Experience with mixed use or residential development and or hospitality work is helpful but not required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a 3rd to 6th year Transactional Real Estate Associate with:
3 to 6 years of transactional real estate experience gained at a reputable law firm
Admission to the California Bar and immediately transferable transactional drafting skills
Strong academic credentials, including a law school background consistent with a top 50 program or equivalent academic strength
A writing sample demonstrating competency in complex transactional drafting
Comfort working on a hybrid schedule with regular in office presence, currently targeted at three days per week
