Car Wash Shift Supervisor

Coastal Car Wash in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Car Wash Shift Lead to guide daily operations in our fast-paced, outdoor environment. You'll lead a small team, greet guests, explain wash packages, and ensure vehicles are cleaned safely and thoroughly. Responsibilities include operating wash equipment, monitoring quality, handling cash and POS transactions, and keeping the site clean and organized. You'll help train new staff, support safety practices, and promote memberships. We offer training, modern equipment, and opportunities to grow into maintenance or management roles with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts to meet service and quality standards.
• Greet guests, explain wash packages, and provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Operate and monitor wash tunnel and related equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure vehicles are prepped, cleaned, and finished to Coastal Car Wash quality standards.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and shift paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area, following all safety and PPE guidelines.
• Train new team members on procedures, safety, and customer service expectations.
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and communication with management.
• Support sales of memberships and add-on services to meet location goals.
