Car Wash Operations Shift Supervisor

Coastal Car Wash is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily operations at our busy Myrtle Beach location. In this fast-paced, outdoor role, you'll oversee crew members, coordinate workflow, and ensure friendly, efficient service for every guest. Responsibilities include monitoring wash quality, enforcing safety standards, assisting with scheduling, and training new team members. You'll interact directly with customers, support cash handling and POS use, and help maintain clean, well-functioning equipment and work areas. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily car wash operations and front-line staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
• Monitor wash quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Train, coach, and support team members on procedures
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and task assignments
• Operate POS system and handle basic cash/transaction duties
• Inspect and monitor equipment; report issues promptly
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and materials
• Enforce safety protocols and proper use of PPESupport opening/closing procedures and daily reporting
