Lead Retail Sales Associate

The Lead Sales Associate helps maintain a clean, organized store and provides customer-focused service. Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating the register, stocking and displaying merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, supporting planograms, and opening or closing the store. The associate may perform store manager or assistant manager duties in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with merchandise and purchases.
• Operate the cash register and scanner, process payments, make change, and bag merchandise.
• Receive, unpack, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise; build displays.
• Clean the store, restrooms, and stockroom, and take out trash.
• Assist with planogram implementation and maintenance and set up sidewalk displays.
• Open and close the store and perform manager duties in the manager's or assistant manager's absence.
