Remote Security Operations Center Supervisor

Securitas is seeking an RSOC Supervisor to lead a team of security operators in a technology-driven remote security operations center. In this role, you will oversee real-time monitoring of client facilities, ensuring rapid detection, triage, and escalation of security events, alarms, and emergencies. You will manage staffing for overnight and day shifts, coach operators on procedures and systems, and coordinate with field officers, clients, and public safety partners. The RSOC Supervisor upholds Securitas' standards of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness while driving consistent, high-quality protective services and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RSOC security operators monitoring multiple client sites
• Oversee incident detection, triage, escalation, and resolution processes
• Ensure timely response to alarms, threats, and service disruptions
• Review security events, reports, and video/access control activity
• Coordinate with field security teams, clients, and law enforcement as needed
• Maintain staffing, scheduling, and performance standards for overnight/day shifts
• Train, coach, and evaluate RSOC staff on procedures and technology platforms
• Enforce compliance with security protocols, documentation, and SLAs
• Prepare incident summaries and metrics for management review
• Support continuous improvement of RSOC workflows and emergency response plans
