Retail Merchandising Specialist

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support our Retail Operations team. In this field-based role, you'll execute planograms, set and maintain product displays, stock and rotate inventory, ensure accurate pricing, and implement promotional signage to drive in-store sales. You'll collect data and photos using mobile reporting tools, collaborate with store staff, and follow detailed instructions and timelines. Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and reset product layouts according to provided schematics
• Build, stock, and maintain in-store product and promotional displays
• Ensure shelves are faced, fully stocked, and product is rotated to standards
• Verify pricing, labels, and promotional signage for accuracy and compliance
• Capture in-store data and photos using mobile or tablet reporting tools
• Communicate with store management regarding priorities, issues, and opportunities
• Follow visit schedules, work independently, and complete tasks on deadline
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and store policies while on site
• Report completed work and observations to Retail Odyssey supervisors
• Support special projects, new item cut-ins, and seasonal transitions
