Commercial Accounts Sales Representative - Plumbing & HVAC Services

Rescue Rooter, a leading residential and light commercial plumbing and drain provider, seeks a Commercial Account Representative in Columbus, OH. In this role, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients in the construction and property sectors, promoting our 24/7 plumbing, drain cleaning, and sewer services. You'll build strong relationships, coordinate with field technicians, prepare quotes and service agreements, and ensure a high level of safety and technical excellence. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial plumbing and light construction accounts in the Columbus market.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial clients, ensuring timely responses and excellent service.
• Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians to schedule inspections, repairs, and emergency services.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements for plumbing, drain, and sewer work.
• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts to grow revenue.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account status in CRM and reporting tools.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to management when needed.
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams to ensure work meets company and regulatory standards.
