Culinary Services Manager - Healthcare

As Chef Manager for ARAMARK Healthcare+ in Boston, you will lead daily kitchen operations in a healthcare environment. You'll oversee menu planning, production, and presentation while ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance with healthcare standards. Manage, train, and schedule culinary staff, control inventory and food costs, and partner with clinical and facilities teams to support patient and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen and foodservice operations in a healthcare setting
• Plan, develop, and standardize menus that meet nutritional and regulatory requirements
• Supervise, train, and schedule culinary and service staff
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, HACCP, and sanitation standards
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control food and labor costs
• Maintain budget goals and support financial reporting requirements
• Coordinate with healthcare and facilities teams to support patient and guest satisfaction
• Inspect food quality, presentation, and portions to meet Aramark standards
• Implement safety procedures and support a culture of ethical, safe operations
• Drive continuous improvement, staff engagement, and service excellence.
