Turndown Housekeeper

The Turndown Housekeeper will be integral in maintaining the high standards of our brand by ensuring guest rooms are clean, neat, and welcoming of an evening, contributing to our commitment of providing exemplary hospitality. Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest rooms are clean and well-supplied with necessary amenities during evening turn-down services.
• Respect guest privacy and preferences while delivering high-quality housekeeping service promptly.
• Refresh room decor as necessary, folding towels, arranging decorations, and preparing rooms for nighttime use.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk and other team members about room statuses and guest requests.
• Provide additional services as requested, such as delivering additional toiletries, linens, or other guest-specific requests.
• Maintain the security and integrity of assigned rooms and service carts.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott's health and safety regulations.
