Quality Teams Housekeeper

Marriott is seeking a Quality Teams Housekeeper to ensure exceptional cleanliness and comfort for our guests. In this role, you will clean and inspect guest rooms and public spaces, change linens, restock amenities, and promptly report maintenance needs. You'll uphold brand standards, follow safety and sanitation procedures, and support a high-performing housekeeping team. Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to Marriott brand standards
• Change linens, make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms and high-touch surfaces
• Replenish towels, amenities, and supplies; report maintenance needs promptly
• Follow safety, health, and sanitation procedures, including use of cleaning chemicals
• Inspect rooms for quality, cleanliness, and readiness before guest arrival
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction
• Work closely with housekeeping and front office teams to meet room readiness targets
• Properly handle lost and found items and adhere to security protocols
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and equipment in clean, organized condition
• Participate in training and follow Marriott policies, procedures, and service standards
