Entry-Level On-Premise Sales Representative

Union Beer Distributors is seeking an Entry Level On-Premise Sales Representative to grow sales with bars, restaurants, and hospitality accounts in the NYC metro area. In this field-based role, you'll visit on-premise customers daily, present our portfolio of domestic, craft, and imported beers, secure orders, and execute displays and promotions. You'll build strong relationships with buyers, track performance, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities

• Visit on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, venues) to grow sales and distribution
• Present and promote domestic, craft, and imported beer portfolio to buyers
• Secure and manage customer orders and ensure accurate account execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-premise decision makers
• Implement merchandising standards, displays, and point-of-sale materials
• Support and execute brand promotions, tastings, and events as needed
• Monitor sales performance and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare basic sales reports and account notes in CRM or tracking tools
