Off-Premise Wine and Spirits Sales Representative

Union Beer Distributors seeks an Off Premise Wine & Spirits Sales Representative to grow distribution with retail accounts across the NYC metro area. Based in Brooklyn, this role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with liquor stores, gourmet markets, and chains, presenting portfolio offerings, and executing brand-building programs. Responsibilities include territory planning, prospecting new accounts, achieving sales targets, managing pricing and promotions, and ensuring excellent in-store visibility. The position is fast-paced, field-based, and team-oriented, requiring strong communication, organization, and a hands-on, service-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned off-premise sales territory across the NYC metro area
• Develop and maintain relationships with liquor stores, gourmet markets, and chain retailers
• Present and promote the company's wine and spirits portfolio to buyers and decision makers
• Achieve sales, distribution, and merchandising targets for assigned brands
• Prospect and open new retail accounts to expand market presence
• Plan and execute pricing, promotions, and in-store displays to drive volume
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans using CRM or sales tools
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely, accurate deliveries
• Represent the company at tastings, events, and trade activities as needed
