Quick Facts Location: Northampton, MA Start Date: 01/04/2027 End Date: 08/09/2027 Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Full-time License/Certifications: MA State License, BLS, ACLS, ABA (or eligible), DEA Experience: Minimum 1 year required Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $385.87 Benefits include: Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Perform anesthesia for a variety of procedures, including general, plastics, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, endoscopy, and healthy pediatric cases Execute regional anesthesia, including pediatric blocks, with strong regional skills preferred Manage 16-20 cases per day for endoscopy procedures Independently perform blocks and manage anesthesia in OR and endoscopy settings Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to provide safe, effective patient care Document procedures accurately using Epic EMR/charting software What You Need Active MA State Medical License Board Certification in Anesthesiology BLS, ACLS, and ABA certification (or eligibility) DEA certification in MA At least 1 year of relevant experience About the Assignment This assignment involves providing anesthesia coverage for a variety of surgical and diagnostic procedures at a well-regarded healthcare facility. You will be responsible for independently managing anesthesia cases with a focus on adult and healthy pediatric patients, ensuring high standards of patient safety and care.
