Quick Facts Location: Northampton, MA Start Date: 01/04/2027 End Date: 08/09/2027 Shift: Day shift, 5 days/week, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Hours/week: Full-time, minimum commitment of 3 weeks a month Employment Type: Contract License/Certifications: MA State license, BLS, ACLS, ABA (or eligible), DEA required Experience: 1+ year in anesthesiology Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $385.87 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated team supporting your success throughout your engagement What You ll Do Provide anesthesiology services for adult and healthy pediatric cases in OR and endoscopy settings Perform general, plastics, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, and endoscopy procedures Manage various regional anesthesia blocks, including pediatric blocks Handle a caseload of 16-20 cases per day, maintaining high-quality patient care Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, effective anesthesia practices Perform independent practice with no supervision Utilize Epic EMR/charting software for documentation What You Need Required: Massachusetts medical license Board Certification in Anesthesiology BLS, ACLS certifications DEA registration (MA required) Minimum 1 year of experience in anesthesiology Preferred: Regional anesthesia skills, including pediatric blocks Experience managing a high volume of cases in endoscopy About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare provider in Northampton, MA, offering a dynamic environment with diverse case types.
