Job Description
Orchid Orthopedic Solutions is seeking a Visual Inspector, Rough Casting to support the manufacture of orthopedic products that help improve patient outcomes. In this on-site role, you will visually inspect rough castings for defects and verify that parts meet established specifications and quality criteria. You will use inspection tools and work instructions, document results accurately, and report nonconforming material for review. Partner with production and quality teammates to maintain a safe, organized work area and support continuous improvement. Success requires careful attention to detail, dependable documentation, and a strong commitment to quality in a regulated medical-device manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Visually inspect rough castings for surface defects and other nonconformities.
- Verify components against specifications, inspection criteria, and work instructions.
