Licensed Psychiatric NP

Headway seeks a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality, accessible mental healthcare through our tech-enabled platform. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and create individualized treatment plans for a diverse outpatient population. Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for diverse patient populations
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams
• Monitor treatment effectiveness, side effects, and safety, ensuring evidence-based psychopharmacology
• Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and care coordinators to ensure integrated care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation within electronic health records and Headway's tech platform
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and medication adherence
• Participate in case reviews, quality initiatives, and clinical best-practice improvements
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations, including documentation and prescribing standards
