Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Headway is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality, outpatient mental health care through our tech-enabled platform. In this role, you will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing medication management, and create evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse adult population. You'll collaborate closely with therapists and other providers, supported by streamlined scheduling, billing, and insurance tools. Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adult patients in an outpatient setting
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices
• Collaborate closely with therapists, primary care providers, and care coordinators to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory and insurer requirements
• Use Headway's technology platform to manage scheduling, telehealth sessions, and patient communication
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and medication adherence
• Participate in case reviews, quality improvement efforts, and clinical meetings as needed
• Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and cultural competence in all clinical interactions
