Food Service Shift Supervisor

Sodexo is seeking a Food Lead Worker to support daily food service operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting. In this role, you will lead a frontline team in preparing, portioning, and serving meals, ensuring food quality, safety, and presentation meet Sodexo standards. You will coordinate stations, support scheduling, monitor inventory, and assist with training new staff. The Food Lead Worker models excellent customer service, adheres to health and safety regulations, and partners with management to improve processes while supporting Sodexo's culture of service, diversity, and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food service operations and frontline staff on assigned shifts
• Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation to Sodexo standards
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
• Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of new team members
• Support scheduling, station assignments, and break coverage
• Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory and ordering needs
• Operate POS systems and follow cash handling procedures as needed
• Collaborate with management on process improvements and service initiatives
• Promote Sodexo's culture of safety, diversity, and community engagement
