Food Station Attendant

Sodexo is hiring a Station Attendant to support food service operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting. In this role, you'll set up, stock, and maintain food or beverage stations, ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety standards are met. You will serve guests courteously, assist with opening and closing duties, keep work areas clean and organized, and partner with team members to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned food or beverage stations according to Sodexo standards
• Serve guests promptly, courteously, and accurately during peak service times
• Monitor food quality, safety, and temperature; follow HACCP and sanitation procedures
• Keep station, counters, and equipment clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules
• Replenish products and disposables; communicate low stock to supervisors
• Handle basic cashless transactions or meal plans as needed
• Follow portion control and presentation guidelines to support cost and quality goals
• Work collaboratively with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with opening, closing, and event set-up or tear-down as assigned
• Provide friendly customer service and respond to guest questions or concerns
