Bilingual Consumer Finance Branch Manager

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a Gerente General Bilinge to lead a high-performing consumer finance branch. In this on-site role, you will oversee bilingual staff, manage daily operations, and drive sales of short-term credit solutions, installment loans, and related products for underbanked customers. Responsibilities include ensuring strict regulatory compliance, managing P&L, coaching and developing team members, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong training and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and staffing in a bilingual environment
• Drive sales of consumer lending and related financial products
• Ensure strict compliance with federal and state consumer finance regulations
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics
• Coach, train, and develop team members for high performance and advancement
• Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain strong service standards
• Monitor risk, cash handling, and security procedures
• Analyze operational reports to improve efficiency and results
• Implement company programs, promotions, and process improvements
• Collaborate with leadership on branch goals and market growth
