Finance Manager - Hospitality

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within the Hospitality & Travel sector.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with company objectives and industry standards.
• Manage the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
• Analyze market trends and provide financial insights and forecasts to senior management to influence strategic planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with other department heads to control costs and enhance profitability.
• Supervise and mentor finance department staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
