Construction Quality Control Manager

Manage quality control and project coordination for construction, renovation, maintenance, and capital improvement work at a federal medical facility. Responsibilities include field inspections, document and schedule management, contractor coordination, compliance tracking, Maximo asset and preventive maintenance records, and support through project closeout. A valid REAL ID and at least five years of construction management experience, including one year in healthcare construction, are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field observations, facility assessments, inspections, and quality assurance reviews.
• Review construction documents, drawings, submittals, RFIs, and records for compliance.
• Coordinate contractors, facilities staff, government personnel, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, documentation, and closeout records.
• Develop compliance schedules and manage preventive maintenance and asset records in Maximo.
• Support project planning, design, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout.
