Senior Construction Superintendent - Utility & Energy Infrastructure

MasTec seeks a General Superintendent to lead field operations on large utility and energy infrastructure projects. You will oversee multiple crews, subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and cost performance across power delivery, renewables, and communications work. This role enforces MasTec's strong safety and integrity culture while coordinating with project managers and clients to meet milestones. You'll mentor field leaders, resolve site issues, and drive continuous improvement on complex, high-visibility projects across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for multiple utility and energy infrastructure projects
• Oversee site safety, compliance, and risk management across all crews and subcontractors
• Manage schedules, resources, and production to meet project milestones and budgets
• Ensure quality standards, inspections, and adherence to engineering plans and specifications
• Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and inspectors to resolve issues
• Mentor and develop foremen and field leaders, reinforcing Mas
• Tec's culture and performance expectations
• Report progress, costs, and risks; recommend corrective actions as needed
• Drive continuous improvement in construction methods, safety, and productivity
