Senior MEP Superintendent, Data Center

Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and construction trades on data center projects. Manage scheduling, safety, quality control, inspections, project documentation, testing, and closeout to maintain progress against the master schedule. This traveling role requires travel throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead superintendents, project field engineers, and other field staff.
• Administer and control permit documents; review subcontractor scopes of work.
• Coordinate safety meetings and oversee project safety, site access, and traffic.
• Manage tools, equipment inventory, coordination, and rentals.
• Schedule and maintain records of project testing, certificates, and inspections.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, daily reports, as-built drawings, and closeout documentation.
