Site Director, School-Age Program

Lead an out-of-school-time program for elementary-aged children at a school-based site. Supervise and develop teachers, maintain licensing and safety standards, partner with families and school leaders, and oversee recruitment and enrollment while creating engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop teachers to provide engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure the site meets licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to support children's care and education.
• Build relationships with families, staff, school and district leaders, licensing authorities, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment of families and children.
