After-School Program Teacher

KinderCare is seeking an After School Teacher at Cabrillo Elementary to support students in a safe, fun, and structured environment. In this role, you will lead engaging activities, assist with homework, and encourage social-emotional development for school-age children. You'll collaborate with staff to implement age-appropriate curriculum and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom. Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage students in a safe, inclusive after-school environment
• Lead age-appropriate activities that support academic and social development
• Assist students with homework and enrichment tasks
• Implement curriculum and daily schedules aligned with Kinder
• Care standards
• Communicate effectively with families and school staff regarding student progress
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety procedures
• Support positive behavior management and conflict resolution among students
• Document attendance and follow center policies and regulatory requirements
