TurboTax Retail Tax Consultant

Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice, planning, calculations, and TurboTax product support for in-person customers. Build relationships with local clients through outreach and community marketing, and help customers identify deductions, reduce tax liabilities, and maximize refunds. This year-round role is based at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual tax returns for simple to complex personal and business tax situations.
• Provide tax advice, calculations, and future tax planning guidance.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and optimize refunds.
• Use government websites, professional tools, and team resources to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Engage local prospects, nurture leads, and participate in community marketing.
• Support customers with Turbo
• Tax products and address tax-related inquiries in person and through video tools.
