TurboTax Retail Tax Advisor

Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice, tax calculations, planning guidance, and TurboTax product support to in-person customers. Build relationships with local clients through community outreach and marketing, helping customers understand their tax situations and achieve their financial goals. This is an on-site role at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individual customers with simple to complex tax situations.
• Provide tax advice, calculate deductions and liabilities, and help customers maximize refunds.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify tax-planning opportunities.
• Explain tax solutions in accessible language using government websites, professional tools, and team resources.

• Tax software and product support and address customer tax inquiries.
• Engage in local outreach and marketing to attract prospects and build long-term client relationships.
