Senior Accountant - Technical Accounting | Mostly Remote | $80K-$130K + Bonus

Vaco is partnering with a large, international healthcare organization seeking a Senior Accountant with a strong technical accounting background to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Big 4 Senior looking to transition into industry while maintaining exposure to complex accounting matters. Company is growing quickly and has a lot of exciting plans in the pipeline!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support technical accounting matters including M&A and purchase accounting, revenue recognition, leases, stock-based compensation, and consolidations.
• Assist with accounting for debt and equity transactions and SEC reporting requirements.
• Research and interpret complex US GAAP guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical accounting matters and strategic initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Big 4 public accounting experience at the senior level
• Targeting 3-5 years of experience
• CPA required
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
