Food Production Maintenance Supervisor

Torito Brands LLC seeks a hands-on Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance for our New York food production facility. In this role, you'll lead preventative and corrective maintenance on processing, packaging, refrigeration, and building systems to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and product quality. You'll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate work orders, manage vendors, and guide a small maintenance team. Working in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you'll collaborate closely with operations and production leaders to support growth while upholding strict food safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations for production and facility equipment at Torito Brands
• Perform and coordinate preventative maintenance on food production machinery and building systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues to minimize downtime
• Schedule, prioritize, and document work orders and maintenance logs
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to support continuous plant uptime
• Supervise and train maintenance staff and external vendors as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food industry regulations
• Manage spare parts inventory and recommend equipment improvements
