Food Safety & Quality Supervisor

TORITO BRANDS LLC is seeking an SQF-QC Supervisor to lead food safety and quality programs for its authentic Latin-inspired food products. In this on-site role, you will maintain the SQF system, oversee quality checks, and ensure products meet food safety, regulatory, and customer requirements. You will coordinate audits, investigate issues, drive corrective actions, maintain accurate records, and train employees on food safety and quality procedures. The ideal candidate brings hands-on food manufacturing experience, strong knowledge of SQF, HACCP, and GMP, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the facility's SQF food safety and quality management system.
• Oversee product, process, and sanitation inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety regulations, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party audits; prepare records and follow up on findings.
• Investigate nonconformances and complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate quality, traceability, and food safety documentation.
• Train and coach employees on SQF, food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Lead and support quality team members in a fast-paced food production environment.
