Shift Supervisor - Quick-Service Restaurant

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crew members during assigned shifts
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service in-store and drive-thru
• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Train, coach, and support team members on procedures and service standards
• Manage cash handling, registers, and basic shift paperwork
• Support inventory control, product prep, and stocking
