Assistant Restaurant Manager

Dunkin is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader to help run a fast-paced, guest-focused quick-service restaurant. In this role, you'll support the Restaurant Leader with daily operations, including shift management, crew coaching, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. You'll lead by example to deliver quick, friendly service at the counter and drive-thru, handle basic cash and inventory tasks, and help train new team members. Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in overseeing daily store operations and shift execution
• Lead and coach crew members to deliver fast, friendly guest service
• Help manage scheduling, training, and performance for team members
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to Dunkin standards
• Assist with cash handling, deposits, and inventory control
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Monitor drive-thru and in-store speed of service and order accuracy
• Support execution of promotions and digital ordering initiatives
• Contribute to labor and cost control by following operational procedures
